An Afternoon of Friendship and Fresh Paint

At Etive House, we believe it's the little moments of connection, laughter, and shared purpose that truly make a house a home. This week, two of our residents, Michael and George, brought that spirit to life during a lovely afternoon spent outdoors.

The project? Giving our garden benches a much-needed refresh with a coat of paint. George took to the task with impressive energy and focus, brush in hand and smile on his face. Meanwhile, Michael took on the very important role of foreman - offering encouragement, supervision, and the occasional witty remark to keep spirits high.

Their teamwork perfectly captures the essence of life at Etive House: meaningful engagement, strong friendships, and a sense of belonging. Whether it's lending a hand with outdoor projects or simply enjoying time together in the sunshine, our residents are truly at the heart of everything we do.

"It's great to feel useful," George said, admiring the freshly painted benches. Michael agreed, adding with a grin, "Someone had to make sure he didn't miss a spot!"

From DIY afternoons to daily chats over tea, we're proud to support an environment where our residents are empowered to be active, involved, and valued members of the Etive House community.

Well done, George and Michael - you've brightened up our garden and our day!
